(Mentor x Naiad)
1948 stallion, bred by the U. S. Dept. of Ag in VT
He was sold to Utah as a youngster where he did very well in Morgan Model Classes and in performance classes. He was also a working cow horse moving cattle in the summer pasture in the mountains. He had many get, many of whom went on to become important in the Western Working Family and in breeding for gaited Morgans.

About six or seven years ago, we asked Mary Lasatar of Cedaredge Colorado (owned Kellfleet) what the best looking Morgan was she had ever known and she said without any hesitation-- Stellar. I thought that was very interesting since she was breeder herself and could have named one of her own horses.
