These Morgans are from the earliest California Morgan stock. While the stallions did not have many registered get, it must be remembered that there were still few Morgans in Calif. in these years and that while having few registered Morgan get, they were being bred to many non-Morgan mares, and probably some Morgan mares whose foals never were registered.
