Miller's Dash (Paramount's Ambassador) TMH 3-61

foaled 1951,in 1955 his name was changed to Paramount's Ambassador. He stood at stud for Paramount Morgans and sired many for Paramount & for others.
His breeder, Erwin Dwight Miller of Morrisville VT bred many good Morgans with the Miller's prefix. He did use the Saddlebred influenced sires at times but his mares often had interesting old lines. Betty Ross was one of those. Her sire was Mansfield but her dam was Berry's Bess x-04931, a mare for whom the X rule was created. Berry's Bess was bred by R. L. Berry & Sons of Sheffield VT and foaled in 1924. Her sire was Cecil I 6034 and her dam was Belle, foaled in 1904,  unregistered, sired by Trefren Horse 3973. The second dam of Berry's Bess was also unregistered and sired by Houghton's Beauty 3969.
