Note that Florette had registration number 04233 and was a J. C. Brunk bred mare. She was sired by Allen King, the full brother to Penrod who was the sire of Jubilee King. Florette's dam was Florence Chandler 03082 who was by the great Knox Morgan 4677. Florence Chandler was out of Senata bred by J. C. Brunk and was all the Old Vermont high percent blood.
