Black Samabo TMH 3-53

1948 stallion
Had a show career & sired 20 get thru Reg. Vol. 11 which covered up to 1971
The sire of Magellan was Goldfield who was associated with fatal heart problems. I do not know if it was passed to Black Sambo or not.

    Black Sambo was trained and shown by Sullivan Davis. Mr. Davis was one of the earliest African American trainers in the Morgan show world.
